NRT Strategic Planning

On August 9, 2016, The New Reform Temple Board of Directors met with Dan Ryan, an area nonprofit consultant. Together, we created a strengths assessment of our congregation. Our meeting’s discussions included NRT’s successes, NRT’s future, and how we can strategically prepare for it.

From our session, several recommendations emerged. One of the recommendations identified the need for a mission statement that reflects NRT’s history, NRT today, and NRT in our future. A subcommittee has initiated the work necessary to create proposed mission statement revisions.
