The New Reform Temple: Our House of Gathering

Over the last several months, the Temple has been a venue for a variety of sacred rites of passage. . . . All of these activities underlie a key dimension of a temple or synagogue: first and foremost, the New Reform Temple is referred to in Judaism as a beit knesset (a house of gathering). When our members gather together to share in each other’s lives, we become a sacred congregation.
